Vik Grover has a 25+ year track record as a leading thought provider and research analyst in the financial markets covering the emerging communications and technology sectors. Grover received a B.A. degree in marketing from the University of California at San Diego in 1992 and graduated with a M.S. degree in management from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1995.

Grover transitioned to investment banking in 2006 to leverage numerous C-level relationships across public and private companies in the emerging communications and technology sectors, with a focus on emerging growth and micro-cap companies. He then moved to management and financial consulting to assist clients in building their businesses.

Senator Gerald O. Dial

Senator Gerald Dial represented District 13 that included Clay, Cleburne, Chambers, Cherokee, Randolph, and Lee Counties – six counties in East Alabama.  He resides in Lineville, Alabama, where he has been in the real estate development business for over 25 years.  He is a former teacher and coach at Lineville High School. Gerald Dial was recently named President Pro-Tempore Emeritus for the Board of Trustees of Troy University.

His wife, Faye Bonner Dial, is a retired school teacher at Lineville High School.  She received her BS Degree from Jacksonville University.  His daughter, Melanie, is a graduate of Auburn University where she was a Tigerette and a member of Phi Mu Sorority.  She is presently employed in Atlanta, Georgia.  Jason, his son, is a graduate of the University of Alabama and a graduate of Jones School of Law in Montgomery and lives in Tuscaloosa.

Senator Dial was a member of the Alabama National Guard for over 36 years.  He served in numerous capacities and retired in 1997 from the position of Assistant Adjutant General.

Senator Dial’s legislative record has been a conservative one over the years.  He has been recognized by numerous groups for his legislative leadership and was selected by his fellow Senators as the Outstanding Senator for 1990.  He is recognized as a pro-business free enterprise Senator has proven himself over the years as a leader.  As former Chairperson for the Alabama Department of Senior Services, he has led the fight for seniors’ programs.  He has also led the fight for education reform in the Alabama State Senate.

As the Director of the Alabama Rural Action Commission (2006-2010) Gerald Dial established the office to focus on Rural Health, Jobs, Infrastructure and Broadband.  He successfully connected all state mental health facilities to high speed broadband by securing over $90 million dollars in grants.  Building on this experience; in 2012, Senator Dial authored and passed the Alabama Ahead Act which proposed to replace textbooks with digital devices in ALL [public schools.  A successful project of matching E Rate funds with $15 million state dollars resulted in $85 million federal dollars to connect EVERY school in Alabama to high speed internet access.

Dilip Limaye

Dilip Limaye, President of SRC Global Inc. and a Senior Energy Advisor to the World Bank in energy efficiency, renewable energy, sustainable development, and climate change mitigation. Mr. Limaye is a highly accomplished entrepreneur and senior executive with more than 45 years of international experience in financing clean-tech and energy initiatives to help governments and industry reduce their carbon footprint. Mr. Limaye is internationally recognized as a financial advisor and consultant, providing services to organizations in more than 50 countries with a proven ability to assist implementation of innovative programs while ensuring regulatory compliance and driving sustainable growth. He has also been the Board Chairman of Photonix Solar, a solar PV manufacturing company in India.

 

Mr. Limaye is currently actively engaged in the development of large-scale solar energy projects, and is the co-developer of the 683 MW Dawn Solar project in Texas which is currently undergoing a $600 million financial structuring. Mr. Limaye was the Lead Technical Consultant on the design of a $1.3 billion World Bank financing program for implementing clean energy options to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and air pollution in the Beijing region. He was also the Team Leader, Finance for the USAID Program to Accelerate Clean Energy Deployment in India and is currently working on a $1 billion World Bank initiative to leverage private financing for energy efficiency and renewable energy in water utilities. Mr. Limaye has also launched energy services companies (ESCOs) in India, Australia and Sri Lanka, a solar PV manufacturing company, and an international energy technology company that has developed a patented technology to optimize energy consumption in cooling systems.

Robert Kosowski

Senior Lobbyist for Capitol Strategies Group

Prior to joining CSG, Bob served three full terms in the Michigan House of Representatives from 2013 to 2018.  As a legislator, he served in leadership as the Democratic Caucus Whip while also serving on the Appropriations Committee as the ranking Democrat on School Aid, Department of Health and Human Services, and the State Police Subcommittees. During his tenure in the legislature, Bob also served on various policy committees including Insurance, Energy, Tourism, and Local Government.  Bob was known in the legislature as a go-to member for getting things done, which led him to have 17 Public Acts signed into law during his tenure. Prior to his service in the House, Bob was an administrator for the City of Westland for over 20 years. After Bob was term-limited in the House of Representatives, and prior to joining CSG, he worked for the Michigan Association of Counties as a Governmental Affairs Associate. He is a graduate of the Michigan Political Leadership Program at Michigan State University. In 2017 Bob was named Legislator of the Year by the Michigan Municipal League and was the recipient of the Michigan Animal Law “Brandi Award – Legislator of the Year.”

Mary Kirk

SVP Finance

Mary Kirk has over 25 years of experience in Operations, Office Management, Purchasing, Domestic and International Logistics and Customer Service. In here role as Controller, she oversees daily accounting operations, including payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable. Ms. Kirk has worked with CST for over 7 years, and she is an integral part of the leadership team. Her abilities range from finance and procurement to accurately tracking the flow of orders and products from production to customer site. Her ability to multi-task and adapt solutions to changing schedules and needs has allowed her to assure a smooth flow of business operations and orders through the system. Prior to working with Energy Intelligence Center, Ms. Kirk’s experience has included Office Management, Purchasing, Logistics, R&D, and Customer Service. She has worked with customers and vendors in over 20 countries in North America, Asia, Europe, South America and the Middle East.


Ms. Kirk has designed inventory procurement and control systems to keep production moving and minimize delays. Her experience in assembly, creating technical drawings, writing technical manuals, and Research and Development give her a better understanding of the manufacturing process. Ms. Kirk graduated from Lawrence University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Classics and Religion. In her spare time Mary Kirk is an Acrylic Pour Artist selling her paintings at local art and craft fairs and online.

John Raymond

President SMARTSolution Technologies L.P.

John Raymond has over 25 years of experience in the low-voltage systems industry. As a Navy Interior Communicationsmen, Mr. Raymond received meritorious citations for his outstanding technical abilities in communication and control equipment during his seven years of service. After his military service, John returned to his native Ohio where he began as a technician for an independent franchise of Muzak Corporation. John quickly rose from technician to Operations Manager, then Director of Operations to Vice President of Muzak of Toledo and its subsidiary, Convergentech. During these years, John oversaw the development of Educational Technology deployment during Ohio’s early adoption of the OFSC and later, the OFCC. John was instrumental in developing specifications for many audio-visual systems throughout Ohio.

 

After leaving Muzak of Toledo, John went to work in the electrical industry and affiliated with the IBEW and NECA. John was the first employee of Lake Erie Technologies, after its founding in early 2011. During his time with LET, John oversaw the growth of this subsidiary from 1.5M to 16M over the course of 12 years. This included the expansion from Northwest Ohio to all of Ohio, Southeast Michigan, Indiana and Northern Kentucky. John’s particular focus during this time was a concentration in higher-educational technology. During his tenure, John received his CTS-D designation and developed a through-put mechanism to allow efficient project flow and increased profitability.

 

John now looks to this opportunity to enhance the scope and coverage of SMARTSolution Technologies and develop synergistic alliances in all low-voltage segments, including those brought by FOMO’s affiliated companies.

Mitchell Schwartz

Mitchell Schwartz will be retiring from his operational CEO role and will be accepting the position of Founder and Brand Ambassador. After 27 years of owning and operating SMARTSolution Technologies, LP. Mitchell is transitioning from his operational role to that of a close advisor and advocate of SMARTSolution Technologies, LP. Mitchell founded SMARTSolution Technologies in 1996 after his work with SMART Technology as a sales person for their product. Mitchell saw a great opportunity in the inception of interactivity with content which was at the time, delivered via projected image. Mitchell grew the organization from scratch to annual revenues in the many millions of dollars while simultaneously enhancing his offerings to include conference room audio-visual systems and many other aligned market segments. He has been deeply involved in the deployment of educational technologies and has advocated for their use across all educational and commercial applications. He will continue to seek opportunities in the market and provide guidance as the company moves forward successfully. Mitchell is also excited to join Fomo Worldwide Inc’s Board of Directors and will be providing guidance on market intelligence and investment opportunities for FOMO.
