His two most recent pending patents for Purge Virus focus on advanced in-duct disinfection and tabletop disinfection to help reduce the spread of Covid-19 and future viruses. Szoradi focuses on high performance architecture, and he is a LEED AP (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design – Accredited Professional), a Certified Building Performance Institute (BPI) Energy Auditor, a member of the Energy and Sustainability Committee for the Society of American Military Engineers, and the Leadership Council Chairman of the American LED Alliance.
In 2009, Szoradi was elected to the Board of the Sustainable Business Network and selected as a member of the Green Economy Task Force, with direct participation on the Capitol Hill Delegation. Szoradi earned his Bachelor of Science in architecture from the University of Virginia, and he earned his Masters from the University of Pennsylvania, where he wrote his Master’s Thesis on Energy Intelligence – “Eco-Humanism” in the early 1990s.
He has multiple patents granted by the US Patent and Trademark Office and is the author of “Learn from Looking”, which includes over two decades of his travel drawings and insight on energy-efficiency and sustainability from his travels and work around the world. Rod Martin is the founder of Agile Technologies (https://www.4agiletech.com/) and
humbly serves as the leader of the growing enterprise. Rod has 20 years of
experience in systems delivery for information technology (IT), portfolio/budget
management, global infrastructure, cybersecurity systems, executive management,
management consulting, manufacturing process management, solutions architecture
and strategic partner development. Most recently, Rod has served as Global
Infrastructure and Cyber Security Project & Program Manager at McKesson Medical
Surgical, Vyaire Medical, Takeda Pharmaceuticals and AbbVie. In those capacities, Rod
worked with scientists and researchers for the development of oncology drugs,
breathing apparatus, diagnostic testing, medical devices and medical applications. Rod
provided guidance and governance to subject matter experts and consultative
companies including KPMG, Deloitte, Wipro, Cognizant, Orange Business Services and
InfoSys, He deployed artificial intelligence tools and enterprise systems applications and
products and led divestitures and merger acquisitions and reconfigured global data
centers for pharmaceutical companies.
Rod has been a strategic leader at Daimler Trucks North America, Kellogg’s and the
Danaher Global Research companies. Most recently prior to founding Agile
Technologies, Rod led the implementation of cybersecurity-related artificial intelligence
programs for Abbvie Pharmaceutical in a $67 billion merger with Allergen.
He also led management consulting services delivery to businesses with revenues from
$1 to 50 million in annual revenues. Rod was the driving force for a Federal
Communications Commission systems integrations company for 12 years, providing
educational IT and wireless systems and developed training programs for 40,000
educators and administrators. Rod has led technical, construction, engineering
implementation teams comprised of up to 80 engineers, administrative and business
unit resources, security operational resources and network operations on the 620 site
WAN installation for the City of Chicago and global projects with up to 340 sites in 102
countries. He was a key member of the leadership team for the $200 million
implementation of the Affordable Healthcare Act as Georgia’s Lead Infrastructure
Project Manager and consolidated enrollment and administrative services for 2.5 million

Bill Butler has enjoyed a diverse and successful career on Wall Street for over 30 years.

firms. Bill started his career at Bankers Trust as an executive in the structured products

Bill joined Source Capital Group as the co-head of Investment Banking. It was at Source
Capital that Bill became dedicated to financing energy efficient technologies. It was this
passion that led him to co-found LED Funding, LLC in 2014, pioneering the shared
savings Lighting as-a-Service model.

Senator Gerald Dial represented District 13 that included Clay, Cleburne, Chambers, Cherokee, Randolph, and Lee Counties – six counties in East Alabama. He resides in Lineville, Alabama, where he has been in the real estate development business for over 25 years. He is a former teacher and coach at Lineville High School. Gerald Dial was recently named President Pro-Tempore Emeritus for the Board of Trustees of Troy University.
His wife, Faye Bonner Dial, is a retired school teacher at Lineville High School. She received her BS Degree from Jacksonville University. His daughter, Melanie, is a graduate of Auburn University where she was a Tigerette and a member of Phi Mu Sorority. She is presently employed in Atlanta, Georgia. Jason, his son, is a graduate of the University of Alabama and a graduate of Jones School of Law in Montgomery and lives in Tuscaloosa.
Senator Dial was a member of the Alabama National Guard for over 36 years. He served in numerous capacities and retired in 1997 from the position of Assistant Adjutant General.
Senator Dial’s legislative record has been a conservative one over the years. He has been recognized by numerous groups for his legislative leadership and was selected by his fellow Senators as the Outstanding Senator for 1990. He is recognized as a pro-business free enterprise Senator has proven himself over the years as a leader. He has also been the Board Chairman of Photonix Solar, a solar PV manufacturing company in India. Mr. Limaye is currently actively engaged in the development of large-scale solar energy projects, and is the co-developer of the 683 MW Dawn Solar project in Texas which is currently undergoing a $600 million financial structuring. Mr. Limaye was the Lead Technical Consultant on the design of a $1.3 billion World Bank financing program for implementing clean energy options to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and air pollution in the Beijing region. He was also the Team Leader, Finance for the USAID Program to Accelerate Clean Energy Deployment in India and is currently working on a $1 billion World Bank initiative to leverage private financing for energy efficiency and renewable energy in water utilities. Mr. Limaye has also launched energy services companies (ESCOs) in India, Australia and Sri Lanka, a solar PV manufacturing company, and an international energy technology company that has developed a patented technology to optimize energy consumption in cooling systems.

vanguard as a founding B-Corp member and the first privately-held green meeting facility
in the US.

and long-term relationships with some of the nation’s most prestigious universities.
